Ordering

Each week we will offer a 24 hour Flash Sale with 8 to 10 items custom sourced for our clients.  Learn more about our how to buy via Facebook here. Once you comment “sold” on an item, please pay within 24 hours.  All orders not paid for within 24 hours will be canceled.

Returns & Shipping
Please read our Returns and Shipping Policy carefully.

After paying your invoice, your order immediately goes in to production and cannot be canceled, modified or refunded. Therefore, please double check your personalization choices. If your personalized item arrives and there is an error due to production (incorrect color, pattern, initial, etc. than the placed order) please contact Gifts Galore Party Store within 3 business days.

Production Time is between 7 to 10 Business Days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receipt of payment. Please note during the months of October through January, Production Time is 10 to 12 Business Days.

Our preferred shipper is UPS.  Most items will ship UPS Ground.  If your order has small items  (dog tags, luggage tags, a cell phone cover, a leash, etc.) and is under $25, your order may be shipped via USPS flat rate box or envelope.  Orders $25 and over and all acrylic items are shipped UPS Ground. Please see UPS delivery chart below for estimated shipping time. At this time we can only ship within the United States. Please note UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
